Is it legal to sell a financed phone?
iTradeCell buys iPhones that are still on a carrier payment plan. The remaining balance stays on your carrier account, so keep making the monthly payments as usual. On the form you confirm that you can sell the phone. We do not buy a phone that has been reported lost or stolen. This is how our sale works. It is not legal advice.
How do I get paid for my mail-in phone?
Lock the offer, then enter PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App. After the phone arrives and matches the model, storage, condition, and financed or unlocked status, we send the money the same day to that account. Check the email or phone number before you submit. If it is wrong, we cannot recover the payment.
What happens if my phone still has a balance owed?
The balance stays on your carrier account. We do not pay it off and we do not take over the bill. Keep paying it as usual. If the carrier already blocked the phone for non-payment, check that box. The price is 10% less than the financed price, rounded to the nearest dollar.
When do you pay?
iTradeCell pays the same day after inspection. We send the money by PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App to the account you enter when you lock the offer. The price stays locked for 7 days. You must ship the phone by that date, and the USPS postmark must be on or before that day. We pay after the phone arrives and matches the model, storage, condition, and whether it is financed or unlocked.
How long is an offer good?
An iTradeCell offer is locked for 7 days. The phone must be shipped by the date on the offer. The USPS postmark must be on or before that day. If the postmark is later, or the phone arrives after the offer has expired, that price no longer applies. We email a revised offer for the phone we received. You can accept that revised offer or decline it.
Who pays for shipping?
iTradeCell emails a prepaid USPS label to the address you enter. You do not pay postage to send the phone. Pack the phone yourself. Do not include chargers, cases, or accessories, and keep a sealed phone sealed. This is mail-in only. Customers do not drop phones off at 9205 W Russell Rd, Suite 240, Las Vegas, NV 89148.
Do you buy financed iPhones?
Yes. iTradeCell buys unlocked iPhones, financed iPhones that are still on a carrier payment plan, and blacklisted phones. Blacklisted means the carrier blocked the phone for non-payment. On a financed offer, check that box and the price is 10% less than the financed price, rounded to the nearest dollar. Choose Financed or Unlocked on the offer. The price locks for 7 days. We email a prepaid USPS label. After the phone arrives and matches the offer, we pay the same day by PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App. The remaining carrier balance stays on your account.
What if the phone does not match the offer?
If the phone is not the model, storage, condition, or financed or unlocked status on the offer, we email a revised offer with the reason and photos. You can accept or decline. If you decline, we return the phone and we pay the return shipping. If the USPS postmark is after the 7-day lock, the original price no longer applies and we email a revised offer.
What should I leave out of the box?
Do not include chargers, cases, or accessories. Keep a sealed phone sealed. Ship the iPhone with the prepaid USPS label we email you. You do not pay postage. The offer is locked for 7 days, and the phone must be shipped by that date. After the phone arrives and matches the offer, we pay the same day by PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App.
Do you buy iCloud-locked phones?
No. iTradeCell does not buy iCloud-locked phones. We buy iPhone 13 through iPhone 18 when the phone is unlocked, financed, or blacklisted for non-payment, in Sealed, Mint, Good, or Cracked condition. Turn off Find My before you ship a phone you can sign out of.
Which iPhones do you buy?
iTradeCell buys iPhone 13 through iPhone 18, including the mini, Plus, Air, Pro, and Pro Max models we list. We buy unlocked, financed, and blacklisted phones. Blacklisted means the carrier blocked it for non-payment. Conditions are Sealed, Mint, Good, and Cracked. You lock a price for 7 days, ship with our prepaid USPS label, and we pay the same day after inspection.
Can I drop my phone off in Las Vegas?
No. iTradeCell is mail-in only. Customers do not drop phones off. Rebels Wireless INC, doing business as iTradeCell, is at 9205 W Russell Rd, Suite 240, Las Vegas, NV 89148, and that address is not a drop-off counter. You sell on this site, we email a prepaid USPS label, and you ship the phone. We pay the same day after inspection.
How do I contact you about an offer?
Email sales@rebelswireless.com. iTradeCell is a DBA of Rebels Wireless INC, founded in 2014. The mailing address is 9205 W Russell Rd, Suite 240, Las Vegas, NV 89148. You do not bring the phone there. An offer is locked for 7 days, shipping is a prepaid USPS label, and payment after inspection is the same day by PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App.
