What we collect and why

When you sell a phone we collect your name, email, phone, shipping address, the device details you select, and the PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App destination you enter. We use that information to lock the offer, buy a shipping label, inspect the phone, and pay you.

Who else handles that information

Our shipping partner creates the shipping label. Their privacy policy explains how they handle that information. Resend sends the label email when that service is connected. We do not sell your information.

Cookies and analytics

Public pages load Google Analytics, measurement ID G-6JLCEWTZNB. Google may set a cookie such as _ga to count visits and see which pages are used. The orders desk at /admin does not load this tag. We do not run advertising pixels. Google describes its own handling in the Google privacy policy.

The only item we store ourselves in the browser for ordinary visitors is a localStorage entry named itc-cookie. It is set to 1 after you click OK on the notice at the bottom of the page, so the notice stays dismissed. It is not sent to our server and it is not an advertising cookie.

The private orders desk, used by staff, sets a sign-in session cookie after a password login. That cookie is not set for people selling a phone. The analytics tag loads without waiting for the notice.

How long we keep records

We keep offer records, shipping labels, and label emails for 12 months.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Offer details are sent to our server so we can create the label and the payment record. We do not claim a named security certification on this page.

Your rights

You can email sales@rebelswireless.com to ask for a copy of the offer information we have, to correct it, to delete it, or to opt out of any sale of information. We do not sell your information. If a sale is still open, we may need some details until the phone is paid or returned. We answer a privacy request within 48 hours.

California

If you are a California resident, you can ask to know, correct, or delete personal information we hold about the offer. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To use these rights, email sales@rebelswireless.com. We will not discriminate against you for asking.

Nevada

Nevada residents can opt out of the sale of covered information. We do not sell your information. To send that opt-out anyway, email sales@rebelswireless.com.
