The 7-day price lock

An offer is the price shown when you sell. That price is locked for 7 days. The phone must be shipped by the date on the offer. The USPS postmark must be on or before that day.

If the postmark is later, or the phone arrives after the offer has expired, that price no longer applies. We email a revised offer for the phone we received.

If the phone does not match

If the phone does not match the offer, we email a revised offer with the reason and photos. You can accept or decline. If you decline, we return the phone and we pay the return shipping.

Inspection and payment

Inspection is the same day the phone is delivered. We send PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App the same day after that inspection.

We pay the PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App account you enter. You are responsible for checking that email, phone number, or $Cashtag. If it is wrong, we are not responsible for a payment that goes to that account, and we do not send the payment again.

We buy unlocked phones, financed phones, and phones a carrier has blocked for non-payment.

We do not buy a phone that has been reported lost or stolen.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, iTradeCell and Rebels Wireless INC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from a sale. Liability for a completed sale is limited to the amount we paid, or agreed to pay, for that phone. This limit does not apply where the law forbids it.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are brought in the state or federal courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
