Financed, carrier locked, and iCloud locked
A financed iPhone can still be on a payment plan. Carrier locked means it only works on one carrier. iCloud locked means Activation Lock is on. We buy the first kind, not the last.

People use the word locked for three different problems. Only one of them is the phone iTradeCell is built to buy. Check which one you have before you spend time on an offer.
Financed
Financed means you are still paying the carrier or the installment plan for the phone. The phone may also be carrier locked. You can sell it. On the offer, choose Financed and the carrier name. The balance on your bill is still yours.
Carrier locked
Carrier locked means the phone is tied to one carrier's network. A financed iPhone is often carrier locked. An older phone can be carrier locked even after it is paid off. If it is paid off and you only have a carrier lock, use the offer that matches how you would describe the phone. If payments are still due, choose Financed.
iCloud locked
iCloud locked means Activation Lock is on. The phone asks for the previous owner's Apple ID. iTradeCell does not buy iCloud locked iPhones. Turn off Find My and sign out of iCloud before you ship a phone you do own.
The phones are listed in the catalog. Open a model such as the iPhone 15, iPhone 16, or iPhone 17. Read how it works and the terms before you ship.
