What happens if you sell a phone you are still paying off?
Selling the phone does not close the installment. You still owe the carrier. We pay you for the phone after it arrives and matches the offer.

The carrier keeps the installment. iTradeCell buys the phone. Those are two separate things. We do not pay off the line, and we do not move the bill into our name.
You lock a price for 7 days, we email a prepaid USPS label, and you ship the phone. After it arrives and matches the offer, we pay the same day by PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App.
What stays on your bill
The remaining balance stays on your carrier account. Keep making the monthly payments as usual. On the offer, choose Financed and the carrier name: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, or Other.
If the phone in the box is not the model, storage, condition, or financed status you selected, we email a revised offer with the reason and photos. Accept it, or we ship the phone back and we pay the return postage.
The phones are listed in the catalog. Open a model such as the iPhone 15, iPhone 16, or iPhone 17. Read how it works and the terms before you ship.
