What if the iPhone does not match the offer?
If the phone is not the model, storage, or condition you selected, we email a revised offer with the reason and photos. You can accept or decline. If you decline, we return it and we pay the return shipping.
The price you lock is for the phone you described. Storage, condition, and whether it is financed all change the number. If the phone in the box is different, the original price does not apply.
What we send
We email a revised offer. The email includes the reason and photos. You can accept the new price or decline it. Accepting means we pay the revised amount. Declining means we send the phone back.
Return shipping
If you decline, we pay the return shipping. You do not pay postage to send it back.
A late postmark is treated the same way as a phone that missed the offer date. Ship by the date on the offer if you want that price.
